If you're having trouble with background and composition I suggest you to take many photographs and paintings and do a ~practice marathon~ everyday. Just open photoshop or sai and try to redo the picture in a limited time. Also tutorials, for me it works best to learn composition before perspective, cause perspective is a little bitch that's useless unless you have a nice composition for it. Anyway this is just a suggestion, i love how your art is improving for the past months <3

Oh thank you, this is good advice! I’ve tried many times to put off time to practice drawing something once every day but I don’t seem to have the discipline ;u; Drawing single straight up and down characters without bg starts to get old now though, so I think I’m going to naturally move on to drawing more bg themed pictures (or so I hope) Thank you very much for the comment and the compliments c:

I feel that the colours turned out terrible, so I think I’m just going to redo the whole colouring process. I also tried to draw a more exciting background of her inside somewhere, but the perspective threw me off and ugh. Hachi is a bad artist, I can’t go out of my comfort zone ;__;
